Sam woke up with a fever on Wednesday morning. He had it for 48 hrs. and now he's fine. During the summertime, the boys have an extended chore list. (They also get a larger allowance each week). However, since Sam was sick we didn't expect him to do his chores, of course. Unfortunately, that means I have to pick up his slack! I didn't realize how much I love having him empty the dishwasher, sweep the floor, etc. Now my house is a mess!
p.s. Just in case you're worried I'm running a sweat shop here, you should know that half of their chores consist of things like: read a book, do a page of math problems, work on spelling, etc.
