The other day at dinner, Caleb asked me an interesting question:
Caleb: Is Christmas the biggest holiday?
Dave: Yes
Me: What do you mean by "biggest"?
Caleb: You know, like, the most celebrated...
Dave: Well, yeah, probably...
Me: I dunno, there's always Arbor Day...
Dave: Or Groundhog Day...
Me: OOOH, Yeah, Groundhog Day; celebrated by millions of people all over the world!
Caleb: MOM, I just learned all about the earth at school (his class just finished a science section about the earth and how it travels around the sun and how that effects the four seasons, etc.) so I KNOW that Groundhog Day is celebrated at different times throughout the year depending on what part of the earth you live on!
